    All Essex Luxe beds are built to standard UK mattress sizes, so they fit most mattresses sold in the UK.

    • Single: 3ft
    • Small Double: 4ft
    • Double: 4ft 6in
    • King: 5ft
    • Super King: 6ft

  2. Headboard dimensions

    Headboard size is shown as Height × Width. Most of our upholstered headboards are 54 inches high; this product's exact height is in the Dimensions table above. Taller headboards may be available depending on the design.

  3. Bed frame width and length

    Frame width and length depend on the size you choose. Check the Dimensions table for precise measurements. All beds follow UK-standard mattress sizing.

  4. Base height options

    • Standard base: 10 inches
    • Divan base: 12 inches
    • Divan ottoman base: 14 inches

    Feet height is added according to your choice.

  5. Footboard height

    Every Essex Luxe footboard is 18 inches plus feet, whatever the bed size or base type.
