The Rio Vertical Channel Upholstered Bed has a simple, modern appearance that suits bedrooms where you want a neat, coordinated look. Its headboard features long padded channels running vertically from top to bottom, giving the upholstery a structured finish without heavy buttoning or decorative borders. The matching upholstered frame keeps the overall design clean and balanced.
One of the Rio's main advantages is how easily you can change its appearance through fabric and colour. A soft velvet finish can give the vertical channels a more noticeable texture, while a plain woven fabric creates a subtler look. As a bespoke bed frame made in the UK, Rio offers a choice of headboard heights and finishes, allowing you to adapt the design to your bedroom.
For rooms where storage space matters, an optional ottoman base provides a place to keep spare bedding and other items out of sight. You can also select a bed size that fits your room without changing the Rio's distinctive channelled design. It is a practical choice from our custom made beds UK collection for customers who prefer straightforward, stylish bed designs.
